 PRODUCTION LINE
All the products that our company produces, come from the extraction of polyteylene grains; these materials are bought directly from the most important oil companies.
The production comes by means of a series of processes that begin from the extraction, by means of advanced technology extruders, equipped with a computerized aspiration system, then passing through a special machine for cutting and welding, ending with the printed product which can be personalized according to the clients requirements (personalized cliché).
Our company can print "on line", directly after the extraction, or by flexigraphic system by means of special machineries. We are also able to print "on line" max. 1600 mm in two colours and max. 1450 mm in 5/6 colours using the flexigraphic system.
